Windows, Fireplace, Interior Finishes, Exterior Finishes. This is our most
popular and most comprehensive inspection.
Semi-Full Inspection: Structural, Roof Covering, Mechanical,
Plumbing, Electrical (in the panel, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry),
Appliances, Attic Insulation, Bath Wall Tile.
Mini Inspection: Structural, Roof Covering, Heat Plant, Water
Heater, Electric Panel. This inspection is for those who just want to know
about the basics.
